Christmas 2008
We had a great Christmas! The kids were champs, as were the grandparents and aunt and uncles. They are loving the new toys! Daddy's loving the new grill (aka the barbeque) and Mommy's loving the new toaster and slippers!

Thanksgiving 2008
We celebrated Thanksgiving this year at Rhonda and Michael's house. Here are some pictures of the day. The kids had a blast riding their hotwheels outside! Michael's family was there as well as my Mom (Dad was in WV with Grandpa and his family and Mike was in WV meeting up with some other folks as well). It was a fun day!

Halloween 08
Halloween was great this year. We had the families over for chili and then went trick or treating. Our friends, Stephen and Alissa came over with their girls to go with us. Check out the very large group of grown ups for the 3 1/2 kids (little Leah didn't really trick or treat) :) . The kids had so much fun! Libby thought it was the best thing ever. She'd finish getting out of one driveway and look at the next house saying "more cannee!!"
Oh and I had to include the picture of my mom the pirate just so the extended family could get see too!!

Halloween 2008-The laugh
So Libby thought saying "trick or treat" was really funny. We had to get this laugh captured on video. It's the same laugh she uses when laughing at her brother's jokes!

The Kitchen Window
Tennessee trip, Sept 12-14
So, we now understand what it means that Andrew lives 7 hours away from us. Matthew didn't mind though because when we went to TN to see Andrew and his sister, Sadie, the kids had a blast. Mommy and Daddy enjoyed catching up with Chris and Courtney too. Here's some of the fun! The Pumkin Patch park was amazing-the biggest slide I've ever seen, ziplines for the kids, tires to climb on and more. Talk about sweaty-Matthew left there dripping! The next day we went to the Creative Discovery Museum. They had water play, an area to dig for dinosaur bones, a huge Clifford exhibit and the favorite was a little yellow house for kids 4 and under.
